I decided to research the benefits of plants, herbs and tea. It started as a small curiosity; knowing that mint tea always settled my stomach and thinking to myself about what other plants might also be a health benefit.
This will serve as a blog series; describing the known health benefits of various plants used in teas, you will know most of them but others will surprise you.
